Sakas Residences is a charming and serene place, with helpful hosts who provide valuable information. The rooms are traditional and nice, and the location feels tucked away. Rides at reasonable rates were offered and they even provide information about local restaurants and attractions.
For us, it was ideal.

Had a really great stay for one night. It was located in a lovely area to ferry terminal. Stayed in big size and elegant room with 1 bed & a sofa bed, the bathroom and basics. We could enjoy views of the sea.

Loved the free airport shuttle, the seasonal pool, and the furnished balcony. Made my stay feel extra fancy, as if I was a VIP. Oh, and the free WiFi helped me stay connected to all my important social media updates. #winning
Just a small thing. wish there had been a unicorn butler to serve me champagne by the pool.

The place is right by the shopping centre at Karterados where there is a supermarket, and the closest bus stop. Its staff are professional and amiable.

Our one-night stay at this incredible residence left us absolutely mind-blown! From the moment we contacted them, they went above and beyond to help us secure an amazing deal on an ATV and even arranged for a ride to retrieve our bags. The room itself was stunning, with a beautiful bathroom and jaw-dropping cave shower. The property, nestled in a quiet and private location, was simply breathtaking, complete with a stunning courtyard and super cool pool. With the ease of getting in and out on our ATV, we were able to explore the city hassle-free. The passionate and friendly couple who run the place were the cherry on top, sharing invaluable information and making us feel right at home. Can't wait to return for another ultimate vacation experience in this hidden gem!

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in just the right location to explore all of Santorini. the host, Artemis, was amazing and even waited for us to check in despite our delayed flight. the rooms were cleaned daily and amenities like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were provided. We also appreciated the option to order bakery, coffee, and lunch for delivery. the highlight of our stay was the Greek hospitality shown by Artemis and her husband. we had a wonderful experience at Sakas Residences and would highly recommend it for a truly memorable stay on this beautiful island. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍.

We got great value for our money at Sakas Residences. The room felt like a true piece of Santorini, with its beautiful Greek style furnishings and fantastic view of the ocean. The location was quiet and picturesque, and the staff, especially Artemis and her husband, were amazing. They helped us with transportation around the island, including renting an ATV for the day, and even dropped us off and picked us up from Fira and the new port at a lower cost than taxis. it was a wonderful stay!
The breakfast selection could be better.

The rooms at Sakas Residences are so cozy and inviting, with their built-in beds and soothing light colors. It made us feel right at home. We loved the fact that each apartment had its own refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. It was so convenient to have our own little refreshment station. The free WiFi and plasma TV with digital channels kept us entertained and connected during our stay. It was great to unwind with a movie after a day of exploring. The private bathrooms were stocked with complimentary toiletries and had a hairdryer. We felt like we were in a luxurious spa every time we took a shower. In every room, there was a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. We had everything we needed to make ourselves a warm drink or store some snacks. The triple room had a cozy seating area, which was perfect for hanging out and catching up with friends. We spent many evenings chatting here. The double room had a balcony, and it was such a treat to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and a lovely view. Having a coffee/tea maker in each apartment was a small detail, but it made such a difference to kickstart our mornings with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Personally, we didn't find much use for the electric kettle in the triple room. But everyone's preferences are different, so others might still enjoy it.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
